Poster Presentation

We kindly ask you to display your poster communication on Monday, July 10th, from 2pm to 4pm, in the hall to access “Sala dos Professores”.
After the meeting, you must remove your poster until 6 pm of Friday, July 14th.

Posters must be written in English. They may not exceed 85 cm in width and 100-120 cm in height.

Title, co-authors and affiliations should be indicated on the top of the Poster. As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster into introduction or abstract, results and conclusions, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusions.

The poster should be legible from a distance of 2-3 meters. We suggest that the minimum size should be: 3 cm for the paper’s title, co-authors and affiliations in the header; 20 cm for graphs; 1.5 cm for sections headings such as introduction, results, labelling of figures and tables; 0.8 cm characters in height for further text. Please use colors, symbols and schemes for improved clarity.

All posters may be presented throughout the Meeting, near the Auditorium. Poster presenters are requested to stand next to their poster during poster viewing session on their scheduled time of presentation for informal discussions regarding their work. The posters will be presented and numbered according to the numbers given in the Book of Abstracts. Please be sure to use the board number with the same number. The poster number will be on top of the board. Writing or painting on the poster board is not allowed.

The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that have not been collected.
